I take pride in the quality of my workmanship on every mat I paint. Every mat I paint is for my new best friend so your complete satisfaction is my first concern.
If you dislike your hand painted mat for any reason, you may return the unused mat IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 30 days for an exchange of a mat of similar value or receive credit towards your next purchase or your money back. It’s your choice.
Postage is all you will be responsible for if it does not work out. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or postage return. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method.
To make a return you must E-mail us at maxien@fineartbymax.com or write us at Fine Art by Max, P.O. Box 3565, Coeur d’ Alene, ID 83814-3565. Just let us know you will be returning merchandise in its original packaging and tell us how you would like us to handle the return. We will gladly follow your instructions, no questions asked. Foreign customers and those in Alaska and Hawaii will receive credit on merchandise only; no replacement option is available due to the high cost of shipping.
